How do we do it...

In addition to using Value Stream concepts to minimize waste in our own business processes, we apply these same cost saving principles to our clients' CRM implementations.  If it doesn't add value, we don't do it.

A typical CRM implementation consists of:

A no-cost Discovery session with the prospective client to determine if we have an affordable solution and if the organization has the desire and capacity to successfully implement a CRM solution.

Negotiations with the client to produce the scope of work and related compensation agreement.

A detailed Needs Analysis is completed to determine the "framework" of the solution.

A Customized Solution with partial or sample data is presented to the client and changes are made where necessary.

bullet

The users receive Initial Training on the system.

bullet

An overnight or over-the-weekend Data Migration takes place.

bullet

The consultant remains engaged during a User Adoption phase.

bullet

Phase 2 (follow-up) Enhancements are documented and budgeted if desired.
